Shipping policy

Free domestic shipping (Hong Kong & Macao) by order over HKD$500.

Local customers could also choose SF Freight Collect if the order is under HKD$500. The shipping fee is charged by SF Express, it varies by location/weight. If the parcel is rejected and returned by the buyer, the buyer has to bear the shipping cost and service charge of the shopping platform.

Free shipping to other countries by order over HKD$1000.

Free shipping offer is only applicable in payment of Hong Kong Dollar.

VAT & duties may be charged by Customs of your country, we do not bear the cost.

Due to COVID-19, tracking no. may not be provided by Standard Shipping. Buyers need to bear the risk of missing the parcels.

Due to COVID-19, delivery delay is possible by all means of shipping. The delay of delivery cannot be a reason for refund or return.
