Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped from Hong Kong. All transactions on our platform are tax-exempt.

General Shipping Policies (for all items except uniforms)

Free Domestic Shipping: Free domestic shipping (Hong Kong & Macao) is available on orders over HKD $489.
Shipping Under HKD $489: Local customers can choose SF Freight Collect, with fees charged by SF Express varying by location and weight. If a parcel is rejected and returned, the buyer bears the shipping cost and service charge.
International Shipping: Free shipping to other countries is available on orders over HKD $1000. VAT and duties may be charged by your country’s Customs, which we do not cover.
Extended Area Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for specific locations in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA, and Vietnam.
Tracking Information: Due to policies in some countries, tracking numbers may not be provided by Standard Shipping. Buyers assume the risk of missing parcels.
Exchange and Refund Costs: We do not cover delivery costs for exchanges or refunds. If items are lost, unclaimed, or returned, a chargeback/refund request incurs a fee of 46% of the total order amount.
Non-Refundable Items: All discounted products are non-refundable.

Free Local Shipping: For uniforms, free local shipping is available on purchases over HKD $3000.
Shipping Under HKD $3000: Local customers can choose SF Freight Collect, with fees charged by SF Express. Similar to above, if a parcel is rejected and returned, the buyer bears the shipping cost and service charge.
Exchanges: You can exchange the size once within 7 calendar days, starting the day after you receive the product. Exchanges are non-refundable, and we do not cover delivery costs.

Delivery Delays: Due to force majeure factors (e.g., pandemic, strike, bad weather, natural disasters), delivery delays may occur. These delays are not valid reasons for refunds or returns.
Promotional Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check our "Promotions" page for details, noting that promotions apply only to selected areas.
Payment Currency: The free shipping offer is applicable only for payments made in Hong Kong Dollars. For shipping fees, refer to the amount displayed at checkout.
