Exchange & Refund

All discount products are non-refundable.

For Masks:

  • Every face mask is thoroughly checked to ensure high quality before delivery.

  • As our fabric masks are handmade, there may be a 1cm tolerance in measurements, which is not considered a defect.

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, if the package seal is broken, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted.

For Underwear:
  • Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges are only permitted if the package remains sealed. Once opened, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

To Exchange or Refund:

  • If the package seal remains unbroken, you may exchange the size or color once, or request a refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the day after you receive the product(s).

  • Please notify us of your request for exchange or refund via email.

  • After we receive the product(s) you wish to exchange, and if all conditions are met, we will ship the requested product(s) to you using your chosen delivery method.

    • Exchange for a More Expensive Product: You will need to pay the price difference.

    • Exchange for a Cheaper Product: The price difference will not be refunded.

  • For refunds, once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note that we do not cover any delivery costs associated with exchanges or refunds.

  • In cases where items are lost, unclaimed, or returned, if the buyer requests a chargeback/refund, the buyer will be responsible for a chargeback/refund fee of 46% of the total order amount.

  • No tax refunds will be issued.

For Uniforms:

Purchase over HKD$3000, free local shipping.

You can exchange the size ONCE within 7 (SEVEN) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s).

Non-refundable.

We do not cover any delivery costs associated with exchanges.
