Exchange & Refund
All discount products are non-refundable.
For Masks:

Every face mask is thoroughly checked to ensure high quality before delivery.

As our fabric masks are handmade, there may be a 1cm tolerance in measurements, which is not considered a defect.

Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, if the package seal is broken, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted.
- Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges are only permitted if the package remains sealed. Once opened, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
To Exchange or Refund:

If the package seal remains unbroken, you may exchange the size or color once, or request a refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the day after you receive the product(s).

Please notify us of your request for exchange or refund via email.

After we receive the product(s) you wish to exchange, and if all conditions are met, we will ship the requested product(s) to you using your chosen delivery method.

Exchange for a More Expensive Product: You will need to pay the price difference.

Exchange for a Cheaper Product: The price difference will not be refunded.

For refunds, once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not cover any delivery costs associated with exchanges or refunds.

In cases where items are lost, unclaimed, or returned, if the buyer requests a chargeback/refund, the buyer will be responsible for a chargeback/refund fee of 46% of the total order amount.

No tax refunds will be issued.
For Uniforms:
Purchase over HKD$3000, free local shipping.
You can exchange the size ONCE within 7 (SEVEN) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s).
Non-refundable.
